M&A Trends: Are Business Owners Able to Sell? (Podcast)
With some commentators suggesting that we might see a wave of small business owners selling their firms in advance of the election, we were curious if that trend had actually materialized.
In order to find out, we decided to call Andrew Greenberg. He is the CEO of GF Data — a firm that aggregates information from private equity firms that do transactions between 10 and 250 million dollars of value — and a Managing Director at Fairmount Partners. He also brings unusual perspective to the conversation as the former Secretary of Commerce in Pennsylvania.
