Deborah A. Fuhr, partner and cofounder of ETFGI, has been in the industry for around two decades focusing on exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and other exchange-traded products (ETPs). She discusses the landscape and key trends in the global ETF/ETP industry as well as the recently implemented RQFII scheme in China and other developments in the Asia-Pacific markets, giving her views about the outlook for the ETF/ETP industry in the region. Issues relating to “active ETFs” and “synthetic ETPs vs. physical ETPs” are also explored.
