Biography
Felix Fuentes, CFA, is a corporate finance and M&A professional with extensive experience advising multinational corporations and private equity firms on complex cross-border transactions across Europe and Latin America. He currently serves as a manager in Transaction Services at EY in Madrid, where he leads financial due diligence and capital allocation analyses to support strategic investments. Previously with KPMG Luxembourg and EY Mexico, Fuentes has worked on high-value deals across industries including technology, aviation, energy, and retail. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México
