With a career spanning over a decade, his expertise encompasses leading sustainability consulting and research initiatives. Previously, Shemfe was a climate risk and ESG manager at Deloitte, where he delivered consulting solutions for financial institutions on corporate emissions and decarbonisation strategies. He has also been a senior sustainability consultant at WSP and a research fellow in Sustainability Analysis at the Centre for Environment and Sustainability. His academic credentials include a PhD in Energy and Environment from Cranfield University, and MSc and BSc Engineering degrees.
