Biography
Olya Klüppel is co-founder and managing partner of Global Growth Capital, a European credit investment firm focused on software and technology sectors. She previously served as partner and head of Credit and Risk at GP Bullhound and was a partner at ESO Capital, where she managed the Zurich office. Her career spans Europe, Asia and the US, including portfolio management and investment banking roles at Harcourt (now part of Vontobel Bank) and Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup. Klüppel holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics, Government & Law from Lafayette College. She is fluent in German, English, and Ukrainian.
