Biography
Xavier Pintado, PhD, has extensive experience in institutional investment and has a long-standing involvement with pension fund management in Switzerland, providing investment analysis and advice. For the past 15 years, he worked at Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE), where he held various positions, including head of asset and liability management, senior advisor for institutional clients and member of the private equity investment committee. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Banque Cantonale de Genève pension fund and head of its investment committee. An alumnus of the University of Geneva, he was awarded the Latsis Prize. His particular interest is in evaluating the performance of private equity investments in the context of pension funds
