The UK's National Cyber Security Center will no longer notify the Information Commissioner's Office about data breaches, but will encourage organizations to comply with the law. Principal has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for approval of three exchange-traded funds that select equities based upon value, quality growth and momentum factors. If approved, the Principal International Multi-Factor Core Index ETF, Principal U.S. Large-Cap Multi-Factor Core Index ETF and Principal U.S. Small-MidCap Multi-Factor Core Index ETF will select stocks from broad Nasdaq indexes that are rebalanced every six months.
