Michael Woodford, former CEO of Olympus Corporation, recently appeared on RT TV’s Capital Account to talk about his work exposing mismanagement and accounting cover-ups in one of Japan’s largest corporate frauds. Woodford, who will be speaking at the 66th CFA Institute Annual Conference in Singapore, has previously noted how Japan’s business culture has created a favorable environment for financial fraud. In this video, he shares more details about his ordeal as a whistleblower with host Lauren Lyster:
