Biography

Ivana Zilic, Ph.D., is a clinical professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at DePaul University. Her research interests include Corporate Social Responsibility, Employee Relations, and Performance Management. Zilic has published in numerous journals, and her work has been presented at multiple conferences and meetings. She teaches courses at the undergraduate/graduate levels in management, international business, career management skills, and innovation. She has taught internationally in Europe. Zilic completed two Executive Programs at MIT, Sloan School of Management in Boston. She received the DePaul QM Star Award for Excellence in Online Course Design. Zilic received the Chair Fellows Award for Teaching the Entrepreneurial Mindset in 2023 and 2025.
