Biography

Rodrigo Verdi, PhD, is the Deputy Dean for Degree Programs, Teaching and Learning and the Nanyang Technological University Professor of Accounting at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Verdi received his PhD from the University of Pennsylvania. He has previously served as a Senior Editor at the Journal of Accounting Research, as an editor at The Accounting Review, and an associate Editor at Management Science. His research has been published in the premier accounting and finance journals and has received the Distinguished Contributions and Best Paper Award recognitions by the American Accounting Association.
