Complementing #CFAedge Sessions: Student Networking and Social Opportunities

At the 70th CFA Institute Annual Conference, the personal connections made by delegates outside of conference sessions can be just as valuable as the investment perspectives shared by established luminaries and influential practitioners.
Registered conference delegates interested in knowledge building, career exploration, and relationship building will find a range of social opportunities available, including the following activities:
- Delegate and University Student Networking Reception
For the third year in a row, CFA Institute is hosting an opportunity for delegates to explore investment industry topics with students from local schools. It’s a chance for experienced professionals to make a difference by sharing career tips, industry insights on key aspects of the global profession, ethics and integrity, and other professional guidance.
- CFA Society Philadelphia Runners Meet-Up and Cool-Down Reception
Join CFA Society Philadelphia for a runners meet-up. Participants will meet at Eakins Oval across from the famous steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. For more information and to register, please visit the CFA Society Philadelphia website.

- Meet with a Coach in the Career Center
During exhibit hall hours, career and executive coaches will be available on a first-come-first-served basis at the Career Center in the exhibit hall for casual conversations around your career and professional development questions.
