Biography
Janet Wong, CFA, is a corporate finance professional with more than six years of experience in the industry. As an SFC Type 6 licensee, she has held various roles including IPO sponsor and financial advisor on public company transactions such as share resumption, rights issues, and privatizations. In addition, Wong advises on M&A transactions, managing both deal execution and origination. Before transitioning to corporate finance, she worked in Hang Seng Bank's Global Banking Department, where she gained practical experience in commercial banking operations.
