Leadership and branding coach Simon Vetter shares insights on personal branding from his book, Stand Out: Branding Strategies for Business Professionals in the interview below. A personal brand is what others believe you can do for them, your unique value proposition. A strong, positive personal brand is necessary to distinguish yourself and your career in today’s world of work.
